Street Sweeper, "Clap For The Killers"

Street Sweeper puts together two of my favorite things: Rage Against the Machine and the Coup, and the results don't disappoint.

"Clap for the Killers" is from the free promotional NINJA Tour Sampler. Unlike other past Nine Inch Nails free releases, this one doesn't feel like a collection of demos and B-sides. The contributions from Jane's Addiction are solid as well. Definitely worth grabbing while it's available.

NIN Downloads

Okay, so it's no Pretty Hate Machine or even Downward Spiral, but kudos to Nine Inch Nails for giving away 1/4 of their latest album for free.

Ghosts is just a double disc of jams, and there's not much going on there. But you can download 9 of them free of charge, and get the whole album for $5.

If you want a physical copy, it'll cost you $10, and they've already made $750k by selling out of a deluxe package. That's a winning price structure in this day and age, and here's hoping Trent sticks to it on his next major release.
