GEOFFREY GARRISON, Artist

Born 10 June 1978 in Atlanta, Georgia, Geoff studied in New York City and Frankfurt, Germany, receiving a Bachelors of Fine Arts from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in 2001. In addition to working as a visual artist, he has written criticism for Thing.net and works as a performer in "Project" choreographed by Xavier Le Roy. He is presently a researcher at the Jan van Eyck Academie in Maastricht, The Netherlands.

Geoff's retelling of Rumplestiltskin according to the linguistic theories of the Grimm Brothers was one of the highlights of ARTSaha! 2004.
